Necessary Supporting Documents

Clear photocopy of ID card or Passport [should be uploaded in pdf or jpeg or jpg or tiff or png format].

  1. A clear photocopy of a Degree or Diploma or a solemn declaration that the candidate is expected to graduate by September 30st, 2024 [should be uploaded in a pdf or jpeg or jpg or tiff or png format file],

  2. Certificate of detailed grades [should be uploaded in pdf or jpeg or jpg or tiff or png format],
  3. Certificate of sufficient knowledge of the English language [should be uploaded in pdf or jpeg or jpg or tiff or png format],

  4. Curriculum vitae with details of professional and research activity [should be uploaded in a pdf file].
  5. Two (2) letters of recommendation. During the application submission process, each candidate is asked to state the full name and status of the individuals from whom they will receive the letters.

It is noted that letters of recommendation should be sent electronically to the e-mail: stedipek@gmail.com or stedipek@uth.gr by the professors, researchers or employers who will be declared in the online application and not by the candidates.

The subject of the e-mail should state: “LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR – NAME OF INTERESTED STUDENT”

It is clarified that, according to article 1 of Law. 4250/2014, the State is obliged to accept simple, legible photocopies of originals or certified copies of documents issued by public services. Accordingly, simple, legible photocopies of private documents are accepted as long as they have been initially certified by a lawyer.
Also, clear photocopies of foreign documents are mandatorily accepted, provided that these documents have been first authenticated by a lawyer.
